  最近也不知道是怎么拉,脚老是疼,哎.....要不嘛就是头疼,很郁闷哦走路上班一拐一拐的,不知道的还以为我是个.....哈哈

办公室装修流程一般可以分成四个阶段：准备阶段，设计阶段，施工阶段，维护阶段：
一、准备阶段

        当客户需要装修办公空间时，首先要做好以下准备工作：

        1、办好办公空间的租赁、购买等手续.

        我们经历的10个客户中至少有2-3个客户，在认为肯定没问题的空间租赁、购买上发生问题，最后前期费大力气所做的空间设计,装修准备都白费，而且这些手续未办理，物业是绝不允许装修的，所以这点要特别提醒客户。

        2、确定该空间必须实现的功能

        这是设计师初次上门就必须要了解的内容，否则无法开始设计，如必须有哪几个功能区，其中各类独立办公室分别有几个，开放办公区有几个，每个区域的大概工位数量需求，每个区域的特殊功能要求等等。

        3、考察设计师及装修公司是否具备公装经验，是否具备办公空间装修经验

        以家装或其他空间装修为主的公司，对办公空间的设计,施工都不会很了解,缺少视觉展示和创造商业价值能力,空间投入使用后会暴露出很多设计施工的不合理问题,客户不可预知费用高,工程质量,进度都难以保障。

四、维护阶段

        竣工后进入保修期，客户报修后24h维修人员到位，保修期结束进入终身维修期，维修期报修后48小时到位，维修费用仅为人工加材料。
